Chilas BT3 – 850 nm tunable laser
The Chilas BT3 is an 850 nm external cavity laser (ECL) in a standard 14-pin butterfly package, combining ultra-narrow linewidth performance with a tuning range larger than 30 nm. Designed for OEM integration, the BT3 is well suited for quantum optics, atom cooling, and spectroscopy applications requiring high-coherence near-infrared laser light.
